Summer is around the corner (um sort of? one can dream...) so make plans to grab drinks with amazing views at the city's best Rooftop Bars. Note to self: do a mass tour of said bars. I can already vouch for the lounges at the Empire and Bentley Hotel as well as 230 Fifth for breathtaking views.
